Job Title: Epicor Senior Business Systems & Data Analyst
Location: Pennsylvania
Onsite Requirements: Fully Onsite
Compensation Range: $110,000-$140,000 annually

Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems & Data Analyst to join a manufacturing organization in a highly visible, hands-on role focused on optimizing business systems, data, and analytics. This is an opportunity to serve as a key technical and analytical partner across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Epicor Kinetic, SQL, manufacturing processes, reporting/analytics, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with business stakeholders, improve data quality and system performance, support system enhancements, and explore emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being more than a traditional analyst, you'll have the ability to influence systems, processes, data, and the way the business operates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Optimize and support core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic, CRM, and supporting applications
* Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to translate business requirements into scalable system and data solutions
* Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, reports, data flows, and analytical solutions
* Support ERP upgrades, system enhancements, new module implementations, and process standardization
* Analyze and improve data quality, system performance, workflows, and business processes
* Work with manufacturing data including BOMs, routings, WIP tracking, production scheduling, and engineering change control
* Participate in process mapping, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Evaluate emerging technologies and potential AI/ML applications within the business

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
* 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, data analytics, or a related hybrid role
* Hands-on Epicor ERP experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
* Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including BOMs, routings, WIP, production scheduling, and engineering change control
* Advanced experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
* Experience translating business requirements into system configurations, dashboards, reports, and technical specifications
* Demonstrated experience improving processes, troubleshooting systems, and supporting automation
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
* Epicor Product Configurator experience
* Epicor Automation Studio experience
* Experience with AI/ML or evaluating AI use cases in a business or manufacturing environment
* Experience managing data flows, ETL processes, and integrations across multiple systems
* Experience supporting or integrating Salesforce CRM
* Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or new module rollouts
* Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
