Job Description

pay: 68-70/hr

Summary:

Supports Epic Willow pharmacy workflows, medication ordering/verification, dispensing, inventory, interfaces, and integration with clinical and revenue-cycle processes. Provides build, testing, issue resolution, and optimization. Level II scope: Intermediate resource; independent delivery of standard work.

Core responsibilities:
*Must be certified in Epic Willow as an analyst
Build, validate, and support Willow configuration, medication records, orderables, formularies, dispensing workflows, security, inventory, and interfaces.
* Resolve pharmacy incidents, medication workflow defects, upgrade impacts, and enhancement requests.
* Coordinate with pharmacy operations, clinicians, revenue cycle, interfaces, trainers, vendors, and Epic teams.
* Develop test scripts, validation evidence, workflow documentation, downtime procedures, and runbooks.
* Support medication safety, compliance, operational throughput, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Level expectations:
* Independently resolves common incidents and service requests, supports standard changes, validates knowledge articles, and coordinates with adjacent teams or vendors for medium-complexity work.

Skills/Experience:
* Epic Willow/pharmacy workflow experience, medication safety awareness, testing/validation, interface awareness, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Epic Willow Inpatient/Ambulatory certification/accreditation/proficiency preferred or required
