Location: Remote
Contract length: 6 month
Schedule: Normal Business Hours
Pay: $80-85 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration Analyst with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time systems, Mexico payroll processes, and third-party integrations. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), BioStar Time systems, Mexico payroll systems (VentureSoft), and other third-party applications.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors EC, Time integrations, and HR system data flows, along with exposure to Mexico payroll processes and statutory data requirements.
This role works closely with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable employee, payroll, and time data integration across global HR platforms.
Job Responsibilities

Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time systems (BioStar), Mexico payroll systems (VentureSoft), and other third-party HR applications.

Develop and manage employee master data, organizational data, and time data integrations between SuccessFactors EC and BioStar.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to define integration requirements, data mappings, and interface specifications.

Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD) and integration specifications.

Perform data mapping, transformation logic, and validation for integrations involving employee, payroll, and time management data.

Configure and execute integration workflows between SuccessFactors EC, BioStar, Mexico payroll systems, and external platforms.

Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end integration testing to ensure accurate data exchange between systems.

Lead the solution delivery efforts, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity, compliance with Mexico payroll requirements, and accurate time tracking integration.

Maintain and update documentation including integration architecture, data mapping documents, interface specifications, and process flows.

Coordinate with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration teams to ensure payroll and time-related data elements are properly integrated.
Identify opportunities to improve HR system integration processes, automation, and data quality.
Must Have (Non-Negotiables)
* Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a requirement
* Knowledge of Mexico payroll processes and payroll data requirements
* 3-5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Employee Central (EC)
* Hands-on HR systems integration experience
* Experience integrating BioStar with HR systems (or very closely related time & attendance platform)
* Experience integrating HRIS, payroll, and time management systems
* Strong data mapping, transformation, and integration design experience
* Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central data model and employee master data
* Integration testing experience, unit, system, and end-to-end testing
* Ability to gather business requirements and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central and HR system integrations.

Experience integrating BioStar with HR platforms.

Knowledge of Mexico payroll processes, statutory payroll data, and HR data requirements.

Experience designing or implementing third-party integrations between HR systems, payroll systems, and time management platforms.

Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware/integration platforms is a plus.

Experience working with global payroll vendors

Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central data model, employee master data, and HR integration frameworks.

Strong skills in data mapping, integration design, and system testing.

Self-starter and ability to deliver with limited direct supervision

Ability to develop and maintain functional and technical documentation for integrations.

Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with HR teams, payroll teams, IT teams, and external vendors.

Ability to manage multiple integration initiatives and deliverables within project timelines.

Ability to influence others both internally and externally to achieve objectives

Bi-lingual; Spanish and English language fluency is required
