SAP Agribusiness Associate Director
Location:

Onsite Requirements:
Remote, with up to 70% travel required.
Compensation Range:
$180,000 - $210,000, plus up to 25% potential bonus based on company, department, and individual performance.

Introduction
We are looking for a seasoned leader to help grow our SAP Agribusiness practice. This role blends business development with hands-on oversight of client work, and comes with people-management responsibility. Strong candidates will be comfortable working across all levels of an organization, from everyday users to senior executives, and bring solid industry background to the table.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guide presales activities from initial scoping through proposal and demo delivery, working closely with sales teams to shape strategy and build supporting business cases
- Take ownership of client engagements at the executive level, overseeing budget, timeline, and stakeholder relationships from kickoff through completion
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, working with technical teams to shape solutions and resolve issues as they arise
- Develop supporting materials for business development efforts and mentor project teams to maintain consistent delivery quality
- Build the organization's presence in the industry through events and relationships, and help grow existing accounts over time
- Bachelor's degree in a related business, technical, or industry field
- 15+ years of relevant Agriculture or Food manufacturing industry experience, including related SAP implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with relevant SAP Supply Chain modules and S/4HANA platforms
- A track record of leading client-facing engagements from early-stage solutioning through successful completion
- Strong executive communication skills and established relationships within the relevant industry
- Ability to travel up to 70% and current U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship
- An advanced degree or SAP certifications
- Familiarity with our SAP Solution Extensions (SolEx) solutions SAP Dairy Management or SAP Meat & Fish Management or with SAP industry solutions such as SAP Agricultural Contract Management, SAP Commodity Management, SAP Rural Sourcing
- Additional language skills and experience delivering work across multiple geographies
