Job Description

Title: Copywriter & Content Strategist 
Duration: 4 months
Location: Remote, EST 
Pay: $65-70/hour DOE

  Copywriter & Content Strategist

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to create digital content that engages customers and drives business results. As a member of a multidisciplinary marketing team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, product, and localization teams to ensure digital experiences are user-centered, engaging, and consistent across global audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop best-in-class digital experiences for customers and business partners.
  • Create and manage landing pages, website content, and blog posts while balancing marketing, product, and sales objectives with SEO best practices and global content requirements.
  • Lead projects that improve audience understanding through competitive analysis, content audits, customer research, and industry insights.
  • Partner with content strategists and writers to develop efficient, AI-enabled tools and processes that improve content creation and production.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to define site architecture, user experience (UI/UX), and content flow that enables users to easily navigate and find information.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from concept through publication, while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize content effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the organization's content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve processes, governance, and overall business impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience developing web content strategies and writing for B2B audiences; experience supporting SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable content strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across both short-form and long-form content.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments while building alignment among multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital content initiatives and collaborating within user-centered design systems to optimize UI/UX and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (such as Contentful or similar CMS platforms), design collaboration tools (such as Figma), and analytics platforms (such as Tableau or equivalent).
  • Experience using AI-powered content creation and productivity tools with a mindset of continuous experimentation and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
