Job Description
Senior Product Designer
We're partnering with an innovative technology client to find a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex UX challenges and designing intuitive internal tools used by engineering teams. This is a great opportunity to own the end-to-end design process for a highly technical platform, working closely with engineers to simplify complex workflows into thoughtful, scalable experiences.
- Remote - Anywhere in the U.S.
- Up to $65/hr W2 (depending on experience) + benefits
- 13-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
- W2 only (no C2C or third-party candidates)
- Design end-to-end UX/UI for a complex internal platform supporting software release and deployment workflows
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow discovery sessions with engineering teams
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Design dashboards, deployment tracking, rollout status, troubleshooting, alerting, and workflow experiences
- Simplify technical processes into intuitive, scalable user experiences
- Partner directly with engineers to iterate on designs and prioritize enhancements
- Establish reusable UI patterns and contribute to a cohesive design system
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing internal tools, enterprise platforms, or workflow-heavy products (portfolio required)
- Experience designing dashboards, operational workflows, or information-dense interfaces
- Expertise with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the design process
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex technical workflows
- Experience with release management, DevOps, SDLC, developer platforms, or infrastructure tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or front-end technologies is helpful but not required
