Compensation Range: $100,000-$140,000 annually

Our client is a leading manufacturer of household mirrors seeking a Sr. System Administrator to take ownership of their Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible and technically complex role responsible for leading Kinetic implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, customizations, and ongoing system optimization.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Epicor professional who wants to serve as a key technical resource within the organization, partner directly with business leadership, and have a meaningful impact on how technology supports the company's continued growth.
- Lead the technical architecture, development, administration, and governance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment.
- Drive Kinetic implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Engineer and maintain integrations between Kinetic and third-party applications and platforms.
- Develop and maintain ERP customizations, dashboards, reports, workflows, and other technical solutions.
- Build and maintain modern integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and related technologies.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor users across the organization.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and other business units to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve IT-supported application systems surrounding the ERP environment.
- Manage data extraction, reporting, and system-related data requirements using SQL.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external technical resources on projects and system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency, integration, and overall user experience.
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic, including both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong experience with BAQs, BPMs, MOMs, BOMs, C#, SSRS, Dashboards, and DMT.
- Strong SQL skills, particularly for data extraction and analysis.
- Extensive Epicor customization and development experience.
- Experience with Epicor system administration, upgrades, implementations, and/or migrations.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and technical integration concepts.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
- Experience developing and supporting REST API and JSON-based integrations.
- Exposure to AI/API services and modern application integrations.
- Experience integrating Epicor Kinetic with third-party business applications.
- Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based ERP environments.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading ERP-related technical projects or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and operational business processes.
