Manufacturing Systems Engineer
Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Onsite Requirements: Fully Onsite - 5 days/week at the manufacturing site
Compensation Range: $120,000-$130,000 annually

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer/Software Developer to support and enhance the technology systems that enable manufacturing operations at a high-tech production facility in Morgan Hill, CA. This role will focus on production support, system enhancements, manufacturing applications, MES, equipment integration, analytics, and new project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Manufacturing systems / manufacturing IT experience in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with MES or similar manufacturing applications.
- Experience working with C#/.NET or any similar development language
- Backend data knowledge/experience using SQL
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business/operational needs into technical solutions.
- Experience developing, testing, deploying, or enhancing applications and systems.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Morgan Hill, CA.
- Experience with Eyelit MES or similar platform MES platform
- Experience in semiconductor, wafer fab, or backend manufacturing environments.
