- Follow standardized procedures and documented workflows to ensure consistency across all records.
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide additional data cleanup, reporting, and administrative support as project needs evolve.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, organizing large datasets, data validation, and basic formulas.
- Previous experience performing high-volume data entry, data cleansing, or data management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large spreadsheets while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and record management best practices.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure complete and accurate records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Experience working with ERP, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), CMMS, or Work Management systems such as Oracle, SAP, Maximo, Infor, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting asset management, utilities, engineering, maintenance, operations, or field service organizations.
