Power Platform Engineer
Location: DALLAS, TX - HYBRID ONSITE - Local Candidates only
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to independently design, integrate, and support enterprise-grade business applications. In this role, you will balance hands-on development with strategic architecture, building scalable digital transformation solutions and establishing Center of Excellence (CoE) and DevOps standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Development: Build canvas/model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint Online solutions.

Analytics: Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and semantic models using DAX and Power Query.

Integrations & Data: Connect platforms with Dataverse, SQL Server (using optimized T-SQL), Azure services, and REST APIs.

ALM & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and version control using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

CoE Governance: Establish environment strategies, security models, licensing guardrails, and tenant-wide governance standards.

Support: Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

5+ years of software development experience focused on Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.

Database & Integrations: Strong SQL Server/T-SQL development skills and experience integrating with external APIs.

ALM & Git: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform Build Tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
