This is not a role where you'll simply configure tickets and move on to the next task. As a Sr. NetSuite Consultant, you will take ownership of critical functional areas, lead client-facing initiatives, guide business process decisions, and help drive implementations from discovery through go-live.

You will work directly with client stakeholders, collaborate with project managers and technical resources, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Daily Responsibilities

• Leading NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through go-live while serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
• Analyzing client business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through scalable NetSuite solutions
• Owning one or more core functional areas including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
• Translating business requirements into effective NetSuite configurations aligned with client objectives and best practices
• Configuring native NetSuite functionality to support complex business requirements and successful implementation outcomes
• Managing multiple client engagements while balancing project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborating with consultants, project managers, and technical developers to deliver effective system configurations and custom solutions
• Supporting data migration activities including data cleansing, validation, importing, testing, and implementation documentation
• Facilitating client discovery sessions, training, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer
• Guiding client stakeholders through business process decisions and helping organizations maximize the value of their NetSuite investment
• Mentoring junior consultants by sharing NetSuite expertise, implementation best practices, and project experience
• Developing subject matter expertise across key NetSuite functionality, business processes, or industry-specific solutions

• 5 years of experience implementing NetSuite ERP solutions
• Experience leading functional workstreams and owning key business process areas during NetSuite implementations
• Successfully led at least 1-2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live
• Strong functional knowledge of native NetSuite business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
• Strong experience with core financial functionality including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation
• Experience with distribution processes including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Inventory Management
• Exposure to NetSuite Manufacturing functionality including Work Orders, Assemblies, WIP, and Routing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a consulting environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

• Experience working for a NetSuite implementation partner or ERP consulting organization
• NetSuite certification
• Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing, Distribution, or Professional Services environments
• Experience working with technical resources on integrations, customizations, and other NetSuite solutions
• Experience supporting data migration and complex implementation testing
• Experience facilitating end-user training and knowledge transfer
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior NetSuite consultants
