Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Onsite role. Atlanta, GA
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule: Fulltime
Pay: $60/hr to $65.21/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service by managing the full recruiting lifecycle for back-office roles--sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding--across HR, Finance, Compensation, Compliance, and Legal/Compliance/Audit/Risk (LCAR)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning across corporate and control functions
- Develop comprehensive search strategies, including detailed role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, sourcing approaches, and interview frameworks tailored to each function's regulatory and operational requirements
- Review and align recruiting plans with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Compliance leadership to set expectations and ensure shared accountability
- Continuously identify and implement creative, effective, and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for niche back-office skill sets (e.g., regulatory reporting, compensation analytics, internal audit)
- Leverage external market intelligence and industry insights to stay informed on compensation trends, compliance staffing needs, and competitive dynamics in corporate function hiring
- Partner with external search firms as needed to support senior-level and specialized searches (e.g., Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Finance, Head of LCAR)
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, external resume databases, and the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) to identify and engage qualified back-office talent
- Manage internal and external job postings across career sites and relevant third-party platforms
- Construct, extend, and negotiate competitive offers across a range of seniority levels, from individual contributor to senior leadership
Requirements of the Role:
- 10+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience
- 5+ years supporting talent acquisition for HR, Finance, Compensation, Compliance, or Risk/Audit professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics within corporate function and control-side talent markets
- Experience recruiting across back-office disciplines such as HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, financial planning & analysis, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and legal/risk operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
- Working knowledge of HR practices and concepts as they relate to the recruiting lifecycle, including compensation and benefits structures relevant to corporate function roles
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong initiative, follow-through, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted, proactive relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across HR, Finance, and Compliance
