Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Consultant / Project Manager to support the development and implementation of pricing and product programs. This role will manage end-to-end program rollouts across assigned markets, ensuring successful implementation and effective coordination among business and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and analytical thinker who can simplify complex concepts, manage multiple priorities, and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end rollouts of pricing and product programs for assigned markets.
- Gather, document, and communicate product and business requirements to ensure accurate implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned programs, providing recommendations that support business decisions and broader strategy.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams and manage moderately to highly complex projects.
- Conduct complex analyses and research to support business decisions, including competitive analysis and market research.
- Partner with technology teams to communicate business objectives, requirements, and the impact of program changes.
- Independently manage project plans and timelines, identify risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders while managing communication across multiple teams.
- Support the development of less experienced analysts through job shadowing, technical training, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide user support and guidance to business partners as needed.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving pieces and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable information for different audiences.

- Ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of how pricing and product programs are developed and brought to market.
- Exposure to product, technology, data, and business functions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Enhanced project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Foundational knowledge in product strategy and program implementation that can support future career growth in product management, strategy, operations, or related areas.
- Experience supporting insurance, financial services, pricing, product management, or regulated industries is preferred.
