Analyst, Product Analysis - Enhancements & Special Projects

The Personal Lines Auto Product Management and Execution team is seeking an experienced Analyst to support the Enhancements & Special Projects team. In this role, you will drive state-specific and nationwide product updates, partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into compliant, measurable implementations.

The Analyst will own implementation plans, support regulatory compliance, coordinate cross-functional execution, and track results for pricing and product initiatives. This is a high-visibility role for someone with strong project leadership, regulatory familiarity, and experience delivering pricing or product changes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute implementation activities for assigned state product and program launches.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations that influence state-level decisions, initiatives, and broader business strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned states, workstreams, and cross-functional working groups.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for nationwide and state-specific implementations.
  • Consult with stakeholders on business issues, implementation strategies, and design considerations.
  • Conduct advanced analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with technology teams to communicate business objectives, implementation plans, and the impact of product changes.
  • Analyze trends and develop tactical and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing and product initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing and job-shadowing discussions with less experienced analysts.
  • Provide training and user support to business groups and stakeholders.
  • Mentor new hires and less experienced analysts and may provide guidance to rotational analysts or interns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; 5 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical or analytical software packages.
  • Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting insurance, financial services, pricing, product management, or regulated industries is preferred.
