- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify scope, surface tradeoffs, align stakeholders, and drive decisions forward.
- Connect delivery teams with appropriate technology SMEs to improve solution quality, reduce duplication, and align with enterprise direction.
- Develop architecture-supporting artifacts such as capability maps, process views, context diagrams, integration views, data flows, dependency maps, and decision summaries.
- Support Enterprise Architects with architecture reviews, options analysis, decision documentation, risk tracking, and follow-up.
- Identify recurring requirements and patterns that may require reusable enterprise capabilities, standards, guardrails, or platform investments.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for simplification, reuse, standardization, modernization, and rationalization.
- Mentor analysts and delivery team members on architecture-aware analysis, documentation, facilitation, and decision support.
- Contribute to improving enterprise architecture practices, templates, governance, and documentation.
- 8+ years of technology experience in roles such as Senior Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Solution Analyst, Application Analyst, Technical Product Analyst, Integration Analyst, Data Analyst, Junior Solution Architect, or similar.
- 2+ years of experience working across multiple technology domains, enterprise platforms, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional transformation efforts.
- Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to think broadly across business capabilities, applications, integrations, dependencies, and overall system impacts.
- Demonstrated ability to drive work forward, understand technical status, translate technical information into business terms, and work effectively with leaders.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and working sessions, including defining scope, identifying tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise technologies such as Azure, .NET/C#, Angular, SQL, or similar technology stacks.
