Job Description
The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an IFS ERP cloud upgrade initiative. The project is currently in the planning and design phase, and the ideal candidate will have direct experience leading multiple IFS ERP cloud upgrade projects, with a strong preference for hands-on experience managing upgrades rather than general IFS ERP implementations.
This role will work closely with both the internal project team and an external implementation partner, serving as the primary project management lead on behalf of the organization to ensure alignment, execution, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and governance throughout the IFS cloud upgrade lifecycle.
- Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Drive project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall delivery.
- Ensure adherence to established IFS ERP upgrade methodologies and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across technical and business workstreams.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience leading multiple IFS ERP cloud upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of IFS ERP upgrade methodologies, including lift-and-shift upgrade approaches.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating with implementation partners and internal project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience upgrading from legacy ERP versions to cloud-based platforms.
- Multiple successful cloud upgrade projects completed.
- Deep knowledge of IFS ERP project management methodologies and cloud migration best practices.
