Senior Technical Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity and IT initiatives, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM), automated software delivery, and upgrading non-SOX applications to SOX-compliant standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years leading technical cybersecurity or IT projects.
• Experience managing SOX compliance initiatives.
• Proven success delivering large, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and MS Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure alignment with objectives, standards, and timelines.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and product teams to drive technical solutions and business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project documentation, testing, communications, and user enablement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification.
• Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise AI tools to improve project execution and decision-making.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
