Dynamics CE Platform Analyst
D365 CRM / CE Techno-Functional Analyst (Power Platform)

Location: Open to 100% Remote 
Offices in Dallas, Chicago, and Minneapolis - Hybrid for locals, 100% remote for non-locals
$50-$55 per hour range

Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics CE / D365 CRM Platform Analyst to support business analysis, testing, and quality assurance for solutions built on Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. This role ensures solutions meet business requirements through requirements validation, testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support UAT by answering questions, triaging issues, and coordinating resolutions.
  • Review requirements and designs for completeness, testability, and business alignment.
  • Develop and execute test cases for new features, releases, and defect fixes.
  • Identify defects, validate resolutions, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, testing, and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, testing, and defect tracking.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or related analyst roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Strong experience in Agile environments and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, defect management, and solution validation.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI-powered Microsoft solutions.
  • Preferred: Experlogix experience.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Additional exposure to Copilot and AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.
