  • Lead the enterprise AI governance program from planning through execution, managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with senior leaders across IT, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business units to establish AI governance standards and operating models.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and executive discussions that drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain program momentum.
  • Develop governance policies, processes, and decision frameworks that support responsible AI adoption throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate vendor governance activities, including AI platform evaluations, contract oversight, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Define program priorities, success metrics, and governance controls while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Effectiveness and business leaders to support communication plans, organizational readiness, and enterprise adoption efforts.
  • Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials, status updates, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Promote a balanced approach that encourages AI innovation while maintaining compliance, governance, and operational risk controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong background coordinating cross-functional programs involving business, technology, legal, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and build consensus without direct authority.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, policies, or enterprise processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain program focus.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor governance, procurement processes, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Background partnering with Organizational Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness teams.
