Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the management and improvement of our North American SharePoint intranet. This role will focus on organizing content, improving usability, maintaining consistency across pages, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. The ideal candidate will also provide general office support on a variety of administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, update, and maintain the North American SharePoint intranet site within the global SharePoint environment
- Review existing SharePoint pages to identify outdated content, broken links, and inconsistencies in formatting and navigation
- Consolidate and streamline site content to improve overall user experience and accessibility
- Partner with departmental site owners (Engineering, Operations, and other teams) to gather, update, and manage content
- Provide guidance and basic training to site owners to support ongoing maintenance of department pages
- Assist with administrative projects including PowerPoint presentations, internal memos, and general office support tasks
- Ensure documents, communications, and intranet materials are professionally formatted and aligned with company standards
