Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Contract Length: 8-month contract
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay Range: $26/hr - $29.37/hr (DOE)
The Planet Group is seeking an HR Shared Services - Operations Administrator to support day?to?day HR Shared Services operations. This role is responsible for responding to employee inquiries, managing cases in the HR case management system, and collaborating with internal HR stakeholders to resolve employee?related questions in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast?paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or an administrative support role
- Ability to respond professionally to inquiries via phone and email
- Experience using case management or ticketing systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross?functional teams
- Ability to problem?solve and know when to escalate issues
- Comfortable working with confidential employee data
- Proficiency in documentation and process updates (SOPs, QRGs)
- Strong time?management skills and ability to meet service level expectations
- Respond to employee inquiries via telephone and email using available tools and resources
- Track and manage all inquiries in the case management system from initiation to resolution
- Research and resolve first?tier employee questions; escalate complex issues to Senior Team Management as appropriate
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve questions related to employee data and HR operations
- Address issues arising from calls and email inquiries in line with company policies and procedures
- Manage HR Shared Services and Payroll mail, including incoming and outgoing correspondence and FedEx shipments
- Process invoices for HR vendors, as required
- Perform document management activities, including updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
- Support staff training initiatives
- Follow established HR processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain scheduled work hours and reliable attendance
- Work collaboratively within the HR Shared Services team
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned.
