Job Description

Title: Sr. Scheduler
Location: Columbus, GA
Compensation: $60-$70/hr (ST for OT, holidays)
Length: 6-month contract to hire
End-Client: Oglethorpe


Overview

We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Columbus, GA.

Your Role

· Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules

· Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager

· Perform Critical Path Analysis, identify and analyze critical paths/activities to ascertain project completion in time and in budget, including forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios.

· Lead schedule update and review meetings

· Identify schedule risk and opportunities

· Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications

· Support cost/schedule integration and collaborate with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement

· Full time work at client jobsite near Columbus, GA

About You

· Minimum 5 years of industrial project scheduling experience required

· Primavera P6 experience required

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across functions

· Experience in power generation projects a plu
