Job Description

Are you an experienced industrial maintenance professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential? Our client is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated manufacturing environment focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and complete repairs on production machinery and facility systems to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. You'll work with modern manufacturing equipment while collaborating with engineering and production teams to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Support molding equipment, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, chillers, and related manufacturing equipment.
  • Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
  • Perform machine calibrations and prepare equipment for production runs.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Document maintenance activities and provide recommendations for process and equipment improvements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting automation systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience maintaining automated manufacturing or production equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic.
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification required.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts.
