Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Financial Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to implement and enhance Epicor ERP financial modules. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful projects that improve financial processes and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Upgrades:
    • Lead the implementation of Epicor financial modules for manufacturing clients, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
    • Manage upgrades of existing Epicor systems, working collaboratively with clients to minimize disruption and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
    • Design and recommend solutions that enhance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to client teams, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any challenges.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to help clients track financial performance and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Epicor Financial Consultant or in a similar role, specifically within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
