ERP Architect (Eclipse) – Lead, Innovate, Transform

What You’ll Do
- Define and lead development best practices, coding standards, and technical workflows
- Architect, optimize, and evolve the Eclipse ERP environment to meet business demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Develop and support integrations with modern platforms (Azure Service Bus, Boomi, REST APIs, etc.)
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical growth and innovation
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and security compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization
- Build reporting and metrics to support performance, capacity, and strategic decisions
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Eclipse ERP (Intuit Eclipse DMS) and development
- Strong full-stack development background with technologies such as Java/J2EE, SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting
- Experience with modern integrations (REST APIs, JSON, middleware platforms like Boomi)
- Solid understanding of cloud environments and virtualization (e.g., VMware)
- Proven experience working in wholesale distribution environments (sales, inventory, purchasing)
- Deep knowledge of Agile development practices
- Strategic thinker with a focus on scalability and performance
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Natural leader and mentor who elevates team performance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., Kardex)
- Exposure to private/public cloud architecture
- Advanced reporting and analytics experience
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and tools
