Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Certified Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst Consultant to support a healthcare organization's Epic pharmacy systems for a 6-month fully remote contract (CT zone hours)
This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing Epic Willow Inpatient workflows, supporting pharmacy operations, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to ensure system stability and efficiency.
This is a 6-month fully remote contract, and candidates must be Epic Willow Inpatient certified.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Willow Inpatient (IP) Certification - required
- Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient build and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy processes and medication management
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and support system optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide build, configuration, and support for Epic Willow Inpatient (IP) pharmacy workflows
- Support system optimization, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Assist with system testing, upgrades, and enhancements within the Epic Willow environment
- Maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and build changes
- Participate in issue triage and support activities to ensure minimal disruption to pharmacy operations
- Support integration points between Willow and other Epic modules
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Willow Ambulatory experience
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, or implementations
- Experience working in large healthcare environments
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Standard business hours
