Job Description

We are partnering with our client to help them identify a Maintenance & Repair Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of conveyor systems and machinery.  This person will be troubleshooting and repairing conveyor components, including motors, gears, switches, and other electrical or mechanical parts.

This is a contract to hire opportunity and once you are permanent with our client, you will be provided with a company vehicle. A clean driving record is required. 

Required:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in conveyor maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, especially related to conveyor systems.
  • Motor Control and 3-phase electrical experience required
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of standard safety procedures and regulations.

Pay: $28 - $33/hr - although there is some flexibility to that range depending on experience. There is overtime and double time for weekend work. There is also overtime paid for any on-call shifts even if you haven't hit 40 hours yet. This will be a 45-50-hour workweek. Your workday is paid from the time you leave your house every day!
