CRM & Epicor Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization undergoing exciting systems modernization initiatives, is seeking a CRM & Epicor Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of a rapidly evolving CRM and ERP environment.

This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role in a company investing heavily in digital transformation, including a major transition to Epicor Kinetic Public Cloud and the implementation of a new CRM platform. You'll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve business processes, drive CRM adoption, strengthen reporting capabilities, and help shape the future of the organization's technology landscape.

What You'll Be Doing
CRM Ownership & Business Systems Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's CRM platform, including vendor coordination and issue resolution
  • Manage day-to-day CRM and Epicor system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Support ongoing migration and optimization efforts involving Epicor Kinetic and CRM integrations
  • Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to improve workflows and system utilization
Reporting, Analytics & Data Integrity
  • Build and maintain dashboards, BAQs, reports, and queries within Epicor
  • Support sales and marketing reporting, pipeline visibility, and operational analytics
  • Ensure CRM and ERP data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through audits and process enforcement
  • Identify reporting gaps and recommend system improvements that drive business insight
User Training & Process Improvement
  • Train and support users across varying levels of technical expertise
  • Develop training documentation, process guides, and best practices
  • Drive user adoption through communication, process improvement, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5+ years of experience supporting CRM and/or ERP systems in a business environment
  • Strong experience with Epicor ERP / Kinetic required
  • Experience with BAQ development, dashboards, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience supporting or administering CRM systems (Sugar CRM experience preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into system-driven solutions
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process compliance
Preferred Background
  • Experience with Epicor Grow, TCP, or CRM integrations
  • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
  • Regionally remote schedule with occasional travel MO
