Business Systems & ERP Optimization
- Support, enhance, and optimize core business systems, including Epicor Kinetic ERP and integrated platforms such as CRM solutions.
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead or assist with upgrades, new modules, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Develop actionable KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Manage data flows, ETL processes, and integrations between systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation opportunities.
- Support root-cause analysis and operational improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI / Machine Learning, for practical business use cases.
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, analytics, or a hybrid techno-functional role.
- Hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations including:
- BOMs
- MOMs
- Routings
- WIP Tracking
- Production Scheduling
- Engineering Change Control
- Advanced SQL skills for reporting, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Epicor Kinetic experience strongly preferred.
- Product Configurator experience.
- Automation Studio experience.
- Salesforce CRM integration experience.
- AI / Machine Learning exposure.
- Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement background.

Base Salary Budget: $110,000-$140,000 (plus bonus potential)
