Epicor Business Analyst
Our client is an industry leader in the indoor and outdoor furniture industry. They are currently seeking an Epicor Business Analyst on a contract to hire basis to join their efforts in consolidating four separate Epicor environments (E9, E10, and Kinetic) into a single, modern Kinetic platform. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the organization and will report to the CIO.
Responsibilities of the Epicor Business Analyst:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, IT, and Epicor partners
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Epicor best practices
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Configure and support Epicor (E9 through Kinetic), including BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and KPIs
- Support and participate in Epicor Kinetic upgrades and go-lives across multiple sites
- Lead and support user training, helping teams truly understand how to use Epicor effectively
- Develop documentation, process flows, training materials, and UAT support
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and functional support during and after go-live
- Ensure data integrity, system adoption, and alignment with internal controls

Requirements for the Epicor Business Analyst:
- Experience with Epicor E9, E10, and Kinetic
- Implementation and upgrade experience within Epicor E9, E10, and Kinetic
- BAQs, BPMs, DMT, Dashboards, SQL, SSRS
- Training, troubleshooting, end user setup experience
- Process review, requirements gathering, and documentation experience
- Multi-site experience is a nice have
Compensation: $50/hr - $60/hr on W2 (1099 is available)
