Job Description
Job Title: Accounting Analyst
Hybrid/Remote: Onsite
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: Permanent, full-time
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 CAD
Job Overview:
Under the authority of the Accounting Manager, the person will be in charge of preparing and analyzing financial information in order to support the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carrying out analysis and monitoring revenues by project
- Prepare monthly IFRS financial statements for various projects/companies in Canada
- Working in collaboration with the teams located on the sites in order to identify and maximize profitability in connection with the contracts in place
- Working on applications for new accounting standards
- Working independently on complex analyzes
- Acting as a resource person for the team
- All other tasks assigned to it by the Accounting Manager
Must Haves:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field
- Accounting designation (CPA, CA / CPA, CMA / CPA, CGA)
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Experience in project accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP
- French / English bilingualism
