QA Engineer (Dynamics 365) with Automation
Remote
Rate 50-52 on a W2 Basis

Overview
We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on functional testing, system integration (SIT), and managing test deliverables from third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities

  • D365 Testing: Execute manual functional and regression tests for UI/UX, business rules, security roles, and workflows.
  • System Integration: Design end-to-end SIT cases to validate data flows between D365 and external platforms (ERP, Marketing, etc.).
  • Vendor Oversight: Review and validate test scripts and results from third-party vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Defect Tracking: Manage the full defect lifecycle and requirements traceability within Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Automation Support: Assist in developing automated regression scripts using low-code tools or frameworks like EasyRepro.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Software QA; 2+ years specifically testing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of D365 configurations and business process flows.
  • Tools: Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps for test planning and execution.
  • Integration Testing: Proven experience testing complex, multi-environment system integrations.
  • 1 year of experience with low-code/no-code automation (e.g., Leapwork, Power Automate Desktop, Tricentis).
  • Familiarity with UAT support and synthetic test data creation.
