Introduction

We are seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing Lead – SAP S/4HANA (Contract) to support a global transformation program focused on plant-level execution and enterprise-wide deployment of SAP manufacturing solutions.
This role requires deep functional expertise within SAP manufacturing modules and strong on-site delivery experience. The Manufacturing Lead will partner closely with business stakeholders, ensure adherence to global transformation standards, and provide hands-on leadership through cutover, go-live, and hypercare. The environment is fast-paced and high-accountability, requiring consistent ownership through critical milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing, with S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
  • Deep functional expertise in at least one core module: PP, PM, PPDS, QM
  • Proven experience supporting global SAP transformations or rollout programs
  • Background within manufacturing or consumer goods environments
  • Strong experience with plant-level deployment and on-site execution
  • Hands-on leadership during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication and business partnership skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Willingness to travel extensively during deployment phases (30–40%)
Preferred Experience
  • Experience leading manufacturing workstreams within large, multi-region SAP programs
  • Prior ownership of plant rollout schedules and execution readiness
  • Experience aligning local plant requirements with global process standards
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing workstreams, providing functional expertise and execution leadership
  • Support plant deployments and rollout activities, including readiness and execution
  • Partner with business stakeholders on process design, validation, and adoption
  • Drive cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support at operational sites
  • Ensure alignment with global transformation standards and governance
  • Coordinate closely with global program leadership and cross-functional teams
