Contract Details

- Duration: 15 months (1 year + 3 months)
- Pay: $110-115 per hour
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 40 hours per week

This role is responsible for driving integration strategy and execution across multiple logistics platforms and enterprise systems, coordinating globally distributed stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery through critical milestones, cutover, and go-live. The engagement requires strong ownership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in large-scale global programs. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading logistics systems and enterprise integrations
- Proven experience integrating ERP, WMS, TMS, and external logistics partners
- Hands-on leadership in cutover planning and execution for large programs
- Strong background tracking risks, dependencies, and integration milestones
- Demonstrated ability to lead delivery in complex global environments
- Strong stakeholder alignment and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to maintain consistency, ownership, and decision-making under pressure
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (30–40%)
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-wide go-live initiatives
- Exposure to global supply chain or logistics network transformations
- Experience working within professional services–led delivery models
- Own and drive logistics integration strategy and execution across the program
- Coordinate integration activities across ERP, WMS, TMS, and external partners
- Lead cutover planning, execution, and coordination across regions
- Track and manage integration risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Support system testing, deployment, and post–go-live hypercare
- Partner closely with program leadership and global stakeholders to ensure alignment
This role operates within a fast-paced, high-accountability global program environment. Success requires strong ownership, proactive communication, and disciplined execution across multiple geographies and systems. Candidates should be comfortable leading through complexity while maintaining focus on delivery, quality, and program stability.
