Junior NetSuite Consultant
Remote | Permanent / Direct Hire | $90,000-$110,000 (DOE)

Our client is a growing professional services and technology consulting organization specializing in NetSuite implementations for manufacturing and distribution companies. This is an opportunity to work directly with clients, gain hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle, and learn from experienced NetSuite consultants while developing into a well-rounded functional consultant
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses operate, solving problems, working with clients, and translating business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions. You will be involved in implementations, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and post-go-live support while developing valuable expertise across manufacturing and distribution processes
Daily Responsibilities
- Supporting NetSuite implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
- Collaborating with clients to understand business processes, requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Configuring NetSuite functionality based on documented business requirements
- Learning and supporting manufacturing and distribution processes including inventory, procurement, order management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, manufacturing, assembly, BOMs, work orders, routings, demand planning, replenishment, costing, inventory valuation, shipping, and logistics
- Assisting with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
- Documenting business requirements, process flows, solution designs, configurations, and implementation deliverables
- Creating and executing test scripts while supporting clients through User Acceptance Testing
- Preparing client training materials and assisting with user training and go-live activities
- Troubleshooting functional issues and collaborating with senior consultants and technical resources on solutions
- Developing workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, and permissions
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through effective use of NetSuite functionality
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and configuration records
- Participating in client meetings and communicating project status, issues, risks, and next steps
- Expanding NetSuite product knowledge and developing professional consulting skills
Qualifications
- 2-
- 3 years of experience with NetSuite, ERP consulting, business systems, accounting, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or a related area
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Exposure to NetSuite configuration, implementation, administration, or functional support
- Understanding of business processes within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, accounting, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and build professional relationships
- Ability to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment
- Willingness to learn new NetSuite functionality and develop consulting expertise
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves
- NetSuite implementation or consulting experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution organizations
- Exposure to NetSuite Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, or Warehouse Management
- Experience with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, or roles and permissions
- Experience with data migration, testing, UAT, or user training
- Exposure to ERP implementations or business-process improvement initiatives
- NetSuite certification or related ERP certification
- Consulting or client-facing experience
