- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.

- Experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud
- Experience with Epicor reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and system integrations
- Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and training materials
- Previous experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations or standardization initiatives

- Willingness and ability to travel periodically based on project requirements
- Contract length: 6+ months with potential for contract-to-hire
- Start: ASAP
- Travel: Varies based on business/project needs
- This role is ideal for an Epicor professional who enjoys both the technical and functional sides of ERP and wants to play a key role in a multi-site Kinetic transformation.
