ICIMS Reporting Analyst
Location: PLANO, TX
Pay: $50/hr to $53.19/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Hybrid
Hours: 40hrs/wk
Duration: 3 Months
The Planet Group is seeking an experienced ICIMS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead the design, development, standardization, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across our Global Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will partner with Talent Acquisition leaders supporting Corporate, and Store recruiting teams to inventory reporting needs, prioritize work, build scalable reporting solutions within iCIMS, and establish reporting governance that improves consistency, adoption, and decision-making. The ideal candidate is an advanced ICIMS reporting expert with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and recruiting operations. They should be comfortable translating business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and ease of use.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting Strategy & Discovery
- Conduct an enterprise-wide inventory of existing recruiting reports
- Meet with recruiting leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Identify duplicate, outdated, and redundant reports
- Prioritize report development based on business impact
- Develop a Talent Acquisition reporting roadmap
- Report Development
- Design, build, validate, and deploy reports within iCIMS
- Create operational, tactical, and executive-level dashboards
- Develop recruiter, manager, and leadership reporting packages
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Optimize report performance and usability
- Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards supporting metrics including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Hire
- Source Effectiveness
- Candidate Pipeline Health
- Requisition Aging
- Recruiter Productivity
- Interview Activity
- Offer Acceptance Rate

- Establish report naming conventions
- Create reporting standards and documentation
- Develop report definitions and data dictionaries
- Build a centralized report catalog
- Recommend reporting best practices
- Improve reporting consistency across recruiting teams
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Document report logic and business rules
- Create end-user guides
- Train Talent Acquisition teams on new reports and dashboards
- Support rollout across Corporate, and Store recruiting organizations
Qualifications:
- Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting experience
- 3+ years of advanced iCIMS reporting experience
- Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards in iCIMS
- Experience gathering business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations and recruiting workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise Talent Acquisition organizations
- Experience supporting high-volume retail recruiting
- Experience with global recruiting operations
- Experience working with offshore recruiting teams
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms
