Location: 100% Remote - U.S. Based
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: $105,000-$113,000/year
Schedule: Standard EST business hours
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to join a growing Epic team and play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Cadence and patient communication workflows.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Epic Hello World experience and understand how to leverage the platform to improve patient scheduling, communication, and engagement. What You'll Do
- Support, optimize, and enhance Epic Cadence functionality and scheduling workflows.
- Design, build, and support multi-channel patient communication workflows.
- Configure and support appointment reminders, confirmations, and other patient outreach.
- Work with SMS, email, voice, and MyChart messaging workflows.
- Partner with operational teams to improve the overall patient scheduling and communication experience.
- Support Epic upgrades, optimization initiatives, testing, and production support.
- Analyze system issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working independently on assigned initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification - Required
- Hands-on Epic Hello World experience - Required
- Experience designing, building, and supporting multi-channel communication workflows.
- Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling workflows, appointment management, and patient access.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Hello World Certification
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades and optimization initiatives.
- Experience with testing and production support.
- Strong experience partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders.
Important Location Requirement
This position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following approved states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or West Virginia.
