Location: Suwanee, Georgia 30024
Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international
Salary: $180-205k
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, CRM/ERP to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of SAP and Salesforce environments. This leader will ensure enterprise applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving measurable value for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, executive presence, and people leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex ERP and CRM initiatives.
What You'll Do Strategic Leadership- Develop and execute SAP and Salesforce roadmaps aligned with company growth and business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve capabilities, efficiency, and business value.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure system performance, business impact, and ROI.
- Oversee the reliability, scalability, support, development, and deployment of SAP and Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize technology initiatives and value-added opportunities.
- Ensure applications, processes, documentation, vendors, contracts, and solutions meet governance, security, and legal requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise applications, integrations, and supporting processes.
- Lead large-scale SAP and Salesforce initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead change management and cross-functional engagement to drive successful user adoption.
- Manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams supporting ERP/CRM operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Build a culture focused on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of execution, excellence, collaboration, sustainability, and continuous learning.
- Travel up to 25% for company meetings, training, and other business needs, domestically and internationally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 7 years managing or implementing ERP and/or CRM platforms.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP/CRM implementations, enterprise application initiatives, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of major ERP and CRM platforms, cloud technologies, business processes, and system integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with change management, user adoption, Agile delivery, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, vendor management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering measurable business outcomes.
- PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, or relevant ERP/CRM certifications.
- Experience managing both SAP and Salesforce environments.
- Experience leading enterprise technology transformations in complex or global organizations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management.
