Job Description

An established, multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Director of IT Cybersecurity & Operations to lead enterprise-wide IT Operations and Cybersecurity. This executive leadership role will oversee Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity teams while partnering closely with senior leadership to modernize technology operations, strengthen security, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity functions.
  • Develop and execute the organization's long-term IT and cybersecurity strategy.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture through governance, risk management, and security best practices.
  • Drive modernization initiatives that improve IT service delivery, operational efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead organizational change and digital transformation initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing technical teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Present strategic technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise security initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise cybersecurity programs.
  • Experience managing multiple technical teams, including Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success developing IT strategy and leading organizational change.
  • Experience presenting technology strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Holstein, IA (5 days per week).
  • Ability to travel periodically throughout the United States and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
