AI Intelligent Automation Manager
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time (no sponsorship available)
Salary: 145k -155k range plus bonus
As the AI Intelligent Automation Manager, you will partner with leadership to oversee the operational execution, stakeholder engagement, and team enablement driving our intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives. You will act as the key link between business priorities and technical execution, managing the project lifecycle from intake and prioritization through to final delivery and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities-
Operational Leadership & Delivery: Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and resource allocation. Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization process for all incoming automation opportunities.

Team Leadership & Enablement: Manage, coach, and support the professional development of the Intelligent Automation team. Establish clear performance metrics, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Build strong relationships across business and IT units. Translate complex business needs into technical solutions, manage expectations, and support training and adoption strategies for new AI/automation capabilities.

Governance & Process Optimization: Establish and continuously improve team processes, delivery standards, and governance frameworks to ensure projects align with broader organizational goals.

5+ years of leadership experience managing technology, business transformation, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully managing project intake and delivery pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

Experienced in creating executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
