Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid 3 days a week
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 130-140K
We are looking for a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop, and scale our enterprise automation solutions. You will serve as the technical lead and architect for our automation ecosystem, primarily leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to modernize manual processes, establish Center of Excellence (CoE) governance, and mentor junior engineers while remaining hands-on with delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
End-to-End Automation: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.

System Integration: Connect automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party enterprise systems.

Governance & CoE: Drive automation standards, platform security, best practices, and the advancement of our governance framework.

Leadership & Analytics: Lead project workstreams, mentor team members via code reviews, and build performance dashboards to track operational impact.

7+ years of enterprise automation development and support experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI, Dataverse, AI Builder).

3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator).

Proven experience integrating workflows with external APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.

Strong process-mapping skills with the ability to translate manual workflows into automated solutions.

Prior experience mentoring engineers or managing technical project timelines.

Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), machine learning, or Agile/DevOps practices.
