Job Description
Enterprise Data Operations Manager
Our client, a highly successful and established North American organization operating within the distribution and supply chain ecosystem, is creating a brand-new position at the intersection of enterprise systems, operational analytics, ERP optimization, and business process excellence.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your work will directly influence how data, systems, and operations scale across the business.
If you thrive in environments where technology supports real-world operations (not just IT for IT's sake) and you enjoy improving processes, connecting data, solving business problems, and partnering across departments, this could be an outstanding next step.
This is a functional leadership role (not people management) inside a lean, collaborative technology team where influence, operational thinking, and execution matter.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP operations, business systems analysis, data operations, or operational technology environments.
- Experience supporting ERP platforms within distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

- Exposure to business intelligence and reporting platforms (including Epicor Grow or similar tools).
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem experience.
- Experience with PIM or enterprise product data platforms.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks.
- Understanding of emerging analytics and AI enablement through structured enterprise data.
- Newly created, high-impact role with strong executive visibility.
- Opportunity to influence enterprise operations and system strategy.
- Collaborative, low-ego culture where ideas move quickly.
- Broad ownership and meaningful cross-functional exposure.
- Stable business model with strong market presence and long-term growth.
- Competitive compensation plus bonus potential.
- Base salary: $105,000 to $115,000 (annually)
