Job Title: Workday Record to Report Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Tampa, FL
Onsite Requirements: Travel to the client site in Tampa approximately every other week, with occasional work from the Tampa office for builds or special project needs
Work Requirements: Must be available during Eastern Time business hours
Compensation Range: $99-$105 per hour
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: Through June 2027
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Workday Record to Report Consultant to support a long-term Workday Financials engagement.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Record to Report and/or Financial Data Model experience and can work effectively across configuration, financial processes, testing, and client-facing delivery. Senior Associate-level experience is preferred, though qualified consultants at other levels may be considered.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support Workday Record to Report activities across financial accounting, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing project delivery.

Partner with client and project stakeholders to understand accounting requirements and translate them into effective Workday Financials solutions.

Provide functional expertise across Record to Report processes, Financial Data Model structures, accounting impacts, and related financial workflows.

Support project documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery activities throughout the engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on Workday Financials experience with a focus on Record to Report and/or Financial Data Model (FDM).

Workday certification in Record to Report or FDM.

Experience supporting enterprise Workday Financials implementations or related consulting engagements.

Strong understanding of accounting processes and the ability to work effectively with Finance and project stakeholders.

Ability to travel to Tampa approximately every other week and work Eastern Time hours during non-travel weeks.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Senior Associate-level Workday consulting experience.

Bachelor's degree with an Accounting, Finance, or related background.

Broader Workday Financials experience across accounting, reporting, testing, or related functional areas.
Additional Details

Full-time engagement at 40 hours per week.

Two-round interview process consisting of a hiring manager discussion followed by an interview with another member of the team.

Candidates do not need to be local to Tampa but must be able to support the required travel schedule.
