Senior WMS/TMS Solutions Architect
Location: Metro-Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Salary: $130-140K

We are seeking a Senior WMS/TMS Solutions Architect to lead the support, modernization, and evolution of mission-critical Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transportation Management (TMS) systems supporting large-scale distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architecture for WMS/TMS applications
- Modernize legacy systems, including migration toward .NET/C# and React technologies
- Lead TMS enhancement and migration initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server/T-SQL solutions
- Drive integrations across warehouse, transportation, ERP, and related systems
- Mentor developers while remaining hands-on with development and design
Required Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep WMS/TMS domain expertise
- Strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, and T-SQL skills
- Experience leading application modernization, migrations, and integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
- PowerBuilder, Sybase, React, or Delphi
- Azure DevOps, Git, and modern SDLC practices
- Supply chain, logistics, transportation, or distribution technology environments
Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader with deep WMS/TMS experience who has supported custom-built systems, participated in major migration initiatives, and can balance solution architecture with active development.
