Working across technology, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions, the PMO Lead will establish consistent processes for evaluating, prioritizing, and delivering projects across the organization. This person will also partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to improve decision-making, manage competing priorities, and strengthen project execution.

  • Evaluate portfolio-level risks, resource limitations, competing priorities, and project dependencies to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and external consultants to maintain alignment and drive results.
  • Deliver portfolio updates and executive-level insights into project progress, financials, resource capacity, risks, and expected business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, governance, resource utilization, and overall PMO effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence teams across technology, manufacturing, operations, and corporate business functions.
  • Ability to travel regularly to company facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada, including approximately one week per month in Holstein, Iowa.
