Job Description

 Advertising Specialist 
Contract length: 4 months

Location: Framingham, MA
Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr, (DOE)
Build Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Demonstrate Paid Social subject matter expertise, communicate clearly with stakeholders, proactively solve problems, take ownership of campaign execution and reporting, and continuously seek opportunities to improve results.
  • Stay current on Paid Social platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, bringing recommendations and new ideas to the team.
  • Identify opportunities and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with internal teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional digital marketing knowledge sharing and education.
Drive Results (Plan, Execute, Measure)
  • Manage day-to-day activation and execution of all Paid Social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting, serving as the primary point of contact with planning and brand teams.
  • Lead reporting, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Support the Paid Social Manager with media planning and strategy.
  • Lead and oversee campaign processes, documentation, and partner communications related to trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
  • Identify and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate effectively across Planning, Measurement, Creative, Brand Marketing, agency, and platform partners while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and delivering high-quality work.
  • Partner with creative teams on best practices, briefs, and feedback to develop content that drives results.
  • Work closely with and train Digital Marketing Specialists on campaign execution and platform management.
  • Collaborate with the in-house buying team across paid search, affiliate, and online video on cross-channel strategy and execution.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with platform partners and external vendors.
Who We're Looking For
  • 3-4 years of hands-on Paid Social media planning and buying experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required; experience with Pinterest and TikTok is a plus.
  • Retail and/or performance marketing experience is a plus.
  • General understanding of digital analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present insights to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with a media agency, vendor, or client-side media/marketing team.
  • Additional experience executing and measuring various forms of digital media is a plus.
