Job Description
Job Title: Workday PATT Lead
Location: Remote - Canada
Onsite Requirements: Travel to Calgary approximately once per month
Compensation Range: $100-$105 CAD
Contract Length: 6 months
Hours: 20 a week
Work Authorization: Canadian citizens are eligible, and U.S. residents are acceptable for C2C arrangements.
Workday Payroll and Time Tracking Lead to manage end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. This role acts as the main expert, partnering with finance, HR, and IT teams to build accurate, compliant, and scalable workforce solutions. This role will primarily be responsible for remediation of the Canada Payroll and Time Tracking modules as part of a Finance Transformation program.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Workday experience in Payroll and Time Tracking modules
Active Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking certifications.
Proven track record of leading Payroll/Time workstreams in full lifecycle Workday deployment projects.
Deep knowledge of regional payroll compliance, legislative rules, and leave management.
Experience handling complex or unionized pay structures and time tracking requirements.
Strong skills in building advanced Workday reports for data validation processes.
