Senior Salesforce Administrator
Austin, TX Metro | Hybrid -- 2-3 days onsite | Direct Hire
**$120,000 - $130,000 | 100% employer-paid healthcare benefits**
We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator for a fast-growing manufacturing and industrial technology company -- up 158% over the last two years, now around 1,700 employees. You'll be the hands-on platform owner driving automation, security, and scale, working alongside an established Salesforce architect.

What you'll own

Advanced Flow automation, custom objects, and scalable data models

Internal support process configuration -- case object setup, email notifications and templates built into Flows

The security model: role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, field-level security

Data integrity across order entry, plus reporting and dashboards leadership actually uses

Release and change management, and mentorship for other admins
What we're looking for
-
Strong hands-on enterprise Salesforce admin experience (7+ years preferred, flexible for the right automation depth)

Deep Flow and process automation skill -- this is the core of the job

Solid command of Salesforce security, data management, and reporting

Admin cert preferred, Advanced Admin a plus; strong hands-on experience can offset certifications
Nice to have: Field Service, Apex/SOQL/LWC, CPQ or Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft, Gearset/GitHub CI-CD, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, manufacturing or field-service background.
Details: Direct hire. Austin, TX metro, hybrid 2-3 days onsite. Up to 15% travel. No visa sponsorship available for this role.
