Title Senior Program Coordinator
$30-32 per hour

2 month Contract
The Temporary Senior Program Coordinator will support the implementation, maintenance, testing, and daily operations of degree audit and student information systems. This role focuses on accurate data entry, system updates, documentation, validation, and routine project support to help ensure students have accurate Degree Progress Reports.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update degree audit sharing rules, course lists, and related documentation.
- Enter and update academic requirements, advising rules, and other system data.
- Perform high-volume data entry and system record updates with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Review and validate degree audit data, academic requirements, course applicability, and student records.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain project documentation, tracking tools, and electronic files.
- Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Complete routine operational and project tasks under the direction of senior functional staff.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow established procedures, learn new processes, and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, electronic file management, and related software.
- Ability to handle confidential student and institutional information appropriately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including in remote or hybrid environments.
Preferred: Experience with student records, academic advising, transfer credit, degree audits, or Degree Progress Reports. Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a similar student information system is strongly preferred.
